On March 30, 2023, GOPAC Latin America President, Dr. Carlos Cuevas, presented the GOPAC Ethics and Parliamentary Conduct Manual as an example of global collective action at the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) Alumni of America gathering in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The GOPAC Latin America Executive Director, Dr. Veronica Silva Castro, also attended the IACA Anti-Corruption Summer Academy.
