The second Global Conference was held on 19-23 September 2006, in Arusha, Tanzania. The Parliament of Tanzania and African Parliamentarians Network against Corruption (APNAC) contributed greatly to the success of the conference.
The conference adopted eight resolutions mandating the organization to establish Task Forces as follows:
Global Task Force on Access to Information, media, and Civil Society.
Global Task Force on Anti Money Laundering (AML), Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Recovery of Associated Assets (RAA).
Global Task Force on Code of Conduct.
Global Task Force on International Convention against Corruption.
Global Task Force to study Parliamentary Immunity.
Global Task Force on Parliamentary Oversight.
Parliamentary Task Force on Resource Revenue Transparency.
Task Force of the Board on International Financial Institution and Official Donor.
